Martin & Spork Architects in Edgecliff approached Lidoran Roofing services to remove and replace the asbestos roof at the Roxy Theatre - Parramatta. The Roxy was undergoing a major refit to reopen as a nightclub.

This site posed major problems concerning public safety whilst the removal of asbestos occurred. Due to the Roxy being situated in the center of Parramatta, a major business and shopping area, public traffic flow was constant 7 days a week - thus the problem of when to carry out the project was a major concern.

Lidoran Roofing put a large specialized team to work - starting on a weeknight at 2am, working through the morning hours, and by 7am the asbestos was completely removed and replaced with Colorbond metal.
